Our Money Back Guarantee gives each Customer a right to request a refund if he/she is not satisfied with our service. All the claims are carefully reviewed by our Dispute Department managers who always come up with mutually acceptable solutions. Such claims are usually reviewed within 7-10 business days; however, it may take longer due to technical or other issues that can prevent us from promptly resolving dispute cases. It is very important to stay in touch with us to ensure timely communication between you and our Customer Support Team agents.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

100% refund is available if the order is cancelled by the Customer before the writer was assigned to work on it.

If a writer has been assigned to work on a case and has completed some part of it we are obliged to provide him/her with a compensation for the work done:

70% refund is available if the writer was assigned and started working on the assignment, but less than a half of the deadline has passed.

40% or less can be issued if the writer has been assigned to work on the case and more than a half of the deadline has passed. The refund amount depends on the final order deadline.

No refund is available if:

  • The Customer wants to cancel the order that was completed and delivered to him/her before the deadline has expired;
  • The Customer received the order within the initially selected deadline (unless the assignment quality issues are not the reason for requesting a refund).

DOUBLE PAYMENT/IDENTICAL ORDERS

If you happen to have made a double payment/placed identical orders, you will need to contact our Support Team managers to promptly resolve the situation. After the duplicate order is cancelled, its amount will be refunded to you within a short period of time.

NO SUITABLE WRITER IS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR ORDER

In such rare cases we immediately inform the Customer about the issue and provide a 100% refund due to impossibility of the work performance. To compensate for the caused inconvenience, our agents will provide an additional discount for the Customer’s next order with our Company.

In case you are not satisfied with the order quality and want it to be revised by another writer, but we couldn’t manage to assign one for the revision, only a partial refund can be requested and issued. Each claim is reviewed by our Dispute Department on an individual basis.

LATENESS WITH REVISION

If a revised paper is delivered 30 minutes late or more, the Customer is eligible to open a dispute on this matter. No further order revisions are possible once the order status is changed to “Dispute”. After the proper reviewing of the case, you will be contacted by a Dispute Department manager who will offer a relevant refund amount which, however, will not exceed 15% of the original price.

Please ensure a feasible deadline is set for your order to allow ample time for its possible revisions.

LATE ORDER DELIVERY

If the Customer failed to upload additional materials necessary for the assignment completion on time, he/she cannot claim any refund. We do not take any responsibility for the order delivery delay since the writer cannot start working on it without being provided with the full set of necessary instructions.

To avoid undue delay please be careful to submit all the additional files for the order required once the order form is completed.

In case we fail to provide the paper on time the order price will be recalculated according to the deadline within which it has actually been delivered. (i.e. if an 8 hour delivery order is delivered to you 15 or more minutes late, its recalculated price will correspond to a 24-hour deadline; the difference between the payments will be refunded).

In cases with standard deadlines (5-, 7- or 14- day delivery) the Customer can be provided only with a 10% refund for the order.

If the Customer agrees to provide a writer with a deadline extension at his/her request, no refund claims due to the order delivery delay will be accepted thereafter.

THE ORDER WAS DELIVERED TO YOU ON TIME BUT YOU STILL WANT TO GET A REFUND

The order is considered approved if the Customer didn’t inform us about either approval or rejection of it within 10 days after the first preview version had been delivered to him/her. In this case no refund can be claimed and no revision requests will be accepted by the Company.

YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PAPER QUALITY

When a client received a completed content, he/she is entitled to request an unlimited number of free revisions or resolve the issue with the help of our Dispute Department. In this case the Customer can claim a full refund for the order; however, the completed work will be carefully reviewed by our Support Team managers against any traces of plagiarism as well as for compliance with the initial assignment instructions and other criteria in order to avoid fraudulent activity. This is why it is required that you provide us with substantial reasons for opening a dispute. The amount of refund is assigned by the Dispute Manager and cannot be disputed. Please be informed, that we do not guarantee that a refund you claim for will be 70%-100%.

A dispute can be opened within 10 days after the first version of the assignment has been delivered to you. Failure to provide convincing reasons required to start a dispute within 10 days will result in its cancellation, after which no refund, either full or partial will be possible.

REFUND DUE TO PLAGIARISM DETECTED UPON THE PAPER SUBMISSION

If any plagiarized parts occur in the paper after it was completed and delivered to the Customer he/she can request a refund. The Customer shall inform our Company about such an issue and provide us with a report generated by “Turnitin” or issued by his/her school or university. In the condition that the Customer does not have any supporting documents to prove existence of plagiarism in the paper, the Company shall reserve this as basis for whether he/she can be refunded. Please be informed that other reports you may provide will not be accepted by our Company to support your claim. IMPORTANT: when a paper is checked through “Turnitin”, the program automatically loads the files to its database, so if you or someone else will decide to check if for the second time the paper content will be judged as plagiarism because a very high similarity index will be shown. If you do so, our Company shall not bear any responsibility for such cases since we do everything possible to protect the works from getting to a database of any plagiarism-detecting software.

Once a dispute is opened no further revisions will be possible for your order.

REFUND FOR ADDITIONAL ORDER FEATURES

A refund is not applicable for such additional features as writer’s category, editor’s service, writer’s sample, summary page, etc. except for the case if the writer had not been assigned to work on the order before the refund was claimed.
